Inovação Produtiva – Transfer to the new facilities and adaptation of means of production
The investment project aims to transfer the productive capacity to a new facility and will go through the remodeling of these new facilities. In this way, it is intended to adapt them to the production processes and manufacturing sites of the company, in compliance with the rules of standard ISO 22000 and the acquisition of technologically more advanced equipment with the objective of increasing its production capacity.
Internationalization
Still within the scope of the Portugal 2020 program, Espaçoplás intends to reach other markets and therefore to other countries.
Qualification of SMEs
The project object of this application foresees investments in an IT solution that bringd to the organization work plans, productivity control, an MRP solution (production and purchases optimization; suggested quantities to produce; suggested raw materials to buy; stock management / customer orders / manufacturing orders / minimum stock, development of the picking App and equipment associated with the implementation of this IT solution.
The transition to ISO 22000: 2018 is also planned, as well as the hiring of 2 new highly qualified technicians to support the implementation and management of the project, in the areas of information technology and production planning.
